Refund policy

Right of withdrawal (14 days)
You can cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. To cancel, email us at lashbloomecom@gmail.com with your name and order number, or use the withdrawal form below. Your message must be sent before the 14 days have passed.

Returning the item
Send the item back to us no later than 14 days after you told us you want to cancel. We pay for the return shipping: email us before you send it, and we’ll send you a prepaid return label or refund your standard return postage.

Your refund
We refund the full price you paid for the item no later than 14 days after we receive your cancellation. Standard shipping is free, so there is no delivery cost to refund. If you chose Express delivery (99 kr), that extra cost is not refunded, because free standard delivery was available. We may wait until we have received the item, or until you show us you’ve sent it, whichever comes first. You get the money back the same way you paid, at no extra cost.

Handling the product
You can examine the product as you would in a shop. If it has been used beyond that and its value has decreased, we may deduct an amount that matches the reduced value.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items
If your item is faulty, damaged in transit or not what you ordered, email us with your order number and a photo. We’ll repair, replace or refund it at no cost to you, including any Express delivery cost you paid. Under Swedish consumer law you can complain about faults for up to three years after receiving the item. A fault that appears within two years is assumed to have existed at delivery, unless shown otherwise. Report a fault within a reasonable time after you notice it; two months is always considered reasonable.

If we can’t solve a problem together, you can contact the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN) at www.arn.se.
